We need a set of plans and specs, or a CD. Most contractors will send you an invitation link to download the drawings. We’ll need the website link, username, password, and access code (if provided).
Our estimators have decades of experience in the construction and painting industries. They are highly skilled in takeoffs, and use the latest software such as PlanSwift.
We double check everything, and use a check off sheet (provided in the takeoff) to make sure we haven’t missed anything.
Your takeoff will be available in your project portal, and we’ll also email it to you.
No, we only provide quantity takeoffs. This reduces time, and saves you money on the takeoff. Simply plug in your numbers to the spreadsheet we provide.
No! If you’d like to just send us your plans, we can still do the takeoff for you. Plans will be emailed to you after payment is made.
